Outbound Campaign Manager – LinkedIn

About the role

We are seeking a Founding LinkedIn Outbound Campaign Strategist to lead B2B outbound initiatives for a fast‑growing AI startup. This full‑time, long‑term contractor position is 100% remote and offers the chance to own end‑to‑end campaign strategy, execution, and optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Research each client’s product, market, and buyer personas to define the ideal customer profile (ICP) and campaign angles.
• Build highly targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and additional data sources.
• Craft personalized connection requests, opening messages, follow‑ups, and variations that drive genuine responses.
• Launch and monitor LinkedIn outbound campaigns on the company’s platform, tracking acceptance, reply, meeting, and lead‑quality metrics.
• Identify under‑performing elements, run structured A/B tests across audiences, offers, messaging, and CTAs, and iterate quickly.
• Document test results, insights, and best‑practice playbooks for the broader team.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and optimising successful B2B outbound campaigns.
• Deep expertise in ICP research, segmentation, targeting, and outbound copywriting.
• Hands‑on proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret campaign data and make data‑driven adjustments.
• Ability to create tailored outreach that feels specific without sounding automated.
