Operations & Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Operations & Logistics Specialist to support our Lisbon team. The successful candidate will coordinate logistics and import‑export activities, ensuring smooth flow of goods while adhering to regulatory standards. You will collaborate with supply chain, quality assurance, and regulatory teams to guarantee compliance with EU pharmaceutical regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day logistics operations, including shipment planning and tracking.
• Manage import and export documentation and compliance with customs regulations.
• Ensure compliance with EU pharmaceutical import/export regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to guarantee timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics and import/export operations.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up abilities.
• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
