Operations Associate (Flexible Schedule)

About the role

As an Operations Associate you will be the backbone of a Sephora store, ensuring smooth daily operations that support an exceptional client experience. You will handle inventory, visual merchandising, and store standards while working in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment.
• Assist with visual merchandising to keep the store aligned with Sephora’s brand and promotional setups.
• Deliver exceptional service and help the team achieve sales goals.
• Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture and uphold Sephora standards.
• Maintain punctuality, reliable attendance and flexibility for peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or a client‑focused environment.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to work quickly, learn product knowledge and support outstanding client service.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lb.
