Nurse Coordinator – French & English Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a Nurse Coordinator who is fluent in French and English to join our Medical Department in Lisbon. The role involves coordinating care pathways for insured members with severe or chronic conditions, ensuring seamless communication between patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the care pathway for insured members, maintaining regular contact with both members and healthcare providers.
• Review and validate insurance enrollment requests, identifying necessary examinations.
• Interpret medical records, analyze cases, and refer to medical experts when needed.
• Analyze health‑check results and ensure proper maintenance of medical records.
• Review administrative files to guarantee no contractual issues block case progression.

Required profile

• Nursing degree with clinical experience in healthcare.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and strong service orientation.
• Rigorous, organized, and able to manage priorities effectively.
• Team‑player with coordination abilities.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Understanding of process management and confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
