NodeJS Software Developer

About the role

We are looking for a NodeJS Software Developer to design, develop and optimise scalable backend solutions. You will work on high‑volume data processing, micro‑service architectures and cloud platforms, contributing to impactful technology initiatives for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend applications and services using Node.js.
• Design scalable micro‑service architectures and integrate cloud services (AWS, GCP or Azure).
• Handle large volumes of data ensuring performance, integrity and reliability.
• Implement and optimise synchronous and asynchronous processing with Promises and async/await.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and monitoring.
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, product and QA teams.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers and influence technical decisions.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of backend development experience, preferably with Node.js.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and asynchronous programming patterns.
• Experience processing large data streams, queues or batch jobs.
• Proven experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP or Azure) and micro‑service/message architectures.
• Good level of English.
