About the role
As a Night Auditor at a centrally located hotel in Lisbon, you will combine financial oversight with guest‑focused hospitality. You’ll ensure the accuracy of the day’s financial transactions while delivering a warm, memorable experience for guests arriving or staying overnight.
Key responsibilities
- Audit, post and reconcile the day’s financial activity across all hotel outlets.
- Verify that credit‑card transactions match daily reports and ensure payment accuracy.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between financial reports and cash takings.
- Provide guidance and training to Night Managers on financial processes and system usage.
- Assist the Night Manager during emergency situations, supporting the hotel’s response.
