MLOps Engineer – Cloud Platform & Automation

About the role

Join Bosch Group in Braga as an MLOps Engineer, shaping the cloud‑based machine‑learning platform that powers our customer‑experience and mobility solutions. You will work with cross‑functional teams to design, build, and operate a self‑service MLOps environment that supports the full model lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on the MLOps strategy and technical design of a cloud platform aligned with business, security, and best‑practice requirements.
• Design and implement Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) using Terraform to provision and manage cloud resources.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Implement robust security controls for data, models, and artefacts, and create monitoring dashboards with alerts.
• Document MLOps processes and infrastructure, and provide guidance to ML engineers, data scientists, and software teams.

Required profile

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in MLOps, Data Engineering, DevOps or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of the ML development process and model lifecycle.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
