About the role

The Merchant Solutions Advisor will build and maintain relationships with clients across diverse industries, helping them adopt effective and cost‑efficient payment processing solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the selection and integration of payment technologies that align with their business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture client relationships to understand their merchant processing needs.
• Identify new business opportunities through referrals, cold‑calling, and targeted canvassing.
• Adopt a consultative approach to recommend payment solutions that optimise cost and performance.
• Provide ongoing support and analysis to ensure solutions remain effective.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging payment technologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of payment services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
• Three to five years of experience in merchant or payment solutions.
• Proven consultative sales approach with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Strong analytical and solution‑building capabilities.
