Media Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Media Designer who will translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual stories. The role is client‑facing and works closely with consulting teams to deliver high‑impact media across multiple formats.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design projects from briefing to final delivery, ensuring alignment with client needs.
• Create presentations, illustrations, animations, videos and 3D assets that communicate key messages.
• Collaborate with consulting teams and clients to shape narratives and tailor visual solutions.
• Utilise AI‑enabled design tools to accelerate workflow while applying sound judgement on their use.
• Contribute to proposals, client engagements and external communications with high visibility.
• Mentor junior designers and help evolve creative processes (for senior hires).

Required profile

• Strong visual storytelling ability and attention to design quality.
• Experience working in a client‑facing environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet high quality standards.
