Marketing Manager – Lisbon, Portugal

About the role

Tetra Pak is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join its Lisbon team. You will shape market strategy, drive growth initiatives, and collaborate closely with customers across the Iberia region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of the Market Business Plan using market intelligence across the value chain.
• Define and implement growth initiatives aligned with corporate strategy.
• Champion new product requirements and coordinate with the Regional Product organization.
• Set future intelligence needs and partner with business intelligence for research projects.
• Analyse customer research data to identify market opportunities.
• Deploy company strategy in the market and ensure strategic alignment with key customers.
• Deliver marketing services and manage promotional investment for major accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in B2B food FMCG.
• Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
• Proven experience in matrix organisations, multi‑country projects and remote team management.
• 2‑5 years of people‑leadership experience with a track record of delivering results.
• High autonomy, strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
