Marketing Account Intern — Marketing Digital

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Account Intern to support our digital marketing team in Puerto Rico. The role is a 12‑week paid internship (approximately 15 hours per week) that offers hands‑on experience in account coordination, client communication and campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Account Manager in coordinating digital marketing accounts and tracking deliverables.
• Participate in internal meetings and selected client calls, taking minutes and documenting next steps.
• Organise client requests, prepare briefs, and ensure clear hand‑off to design, content, media buying and strategy teams.
• Help build content calendars and campaign schedules.
• Conduct basic market, competitor and audience research.
• Support the preparation of client presentations and reports.
• Monitor basic campaign metrics and contribute to performance reporting.
• Identify improvement opportunities within projects and accounts.
• Complete a final internship project related to marketing or account management.

Required profile

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a marketing, communications or related program.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate client needs into clear internal tasks.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to receive feedback and apply it to future work.

Required skills

• Basic market research.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts.
• Proficiency in creating presentations and documents.
