Manufacturing Operator – Assembly & Packaging

About the role

Join Baxter as a Manufacturing Operator where you will play a vital part in assembling and packaging medical products. You will work on a production line, following strict quality, safety, and environmental standards to ensure every product meets the required specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble product components manually or using semi‑automatic equipment according to Bill of Materials, blueprints, specifications and SOPs.
• Place parts on conveyors, perform leak and block tests when required, and inspect products at each manufacturing stage.
• Package individual units and palletize finished goods following documented procedures.
• Conduct visual inspections to detect defects and record all activities as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in line with the 6S program and report any unsafe conditions or equipment deviations.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and EHS regulations at all times.
• Identify and suggest improvements related to safety and environmental health.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Group Leader or Supervisor.

Required profile

• Basic computer literacy and ability to read and document technical information.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to perform light physical work, lifting up to 20 lb occasionally and 10 lb frequently.
