Manager – Microsoft D365 ERP (F&O) Functional Consultant

About the role

PwC is seeking a Manager to lead the implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) ERP modules, including finance and project accounting. The role combines functional consulting with AI/Copilot expertise, guiding client transformations across front, back and mid‑office functions.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate end‑to‑end implementation of Dynamics 365 ERP Finance and Project Accounting modules.
• Supervise, develop and coach delivery teams to ensure high‑quality outcomes.
• Manage client service accounts and oversee multiple engagement workstreams.
• Analyse complex business requirements and configure D365 F&O solutions accordingly.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on data insights and emerging technology trends.
• Ensure compliance with PwC’s code of ethics and professional standards.

Required profile

• Significant experience delivering Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor consulting teams.
• Strong business analysis skills with a focus on finance and project accounting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
