About the role

L’AND is hiring a Management Controller – Hospitality for its Lisbon office. The role focuses on financial control, budget implementation, strategic cash management and monthly reporting of financial indicators.

Required profile

• Degree in Management, Economics, Accountancy or a similar discipline
• Professional experience in finance and budget management
• Experience in the tourism sector (essential)
• Certified accountant (not essential)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good knowledge of and experience with Primavera ERP
• Sense of responsibility and a proactive attitude
• Good analytical and organisational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team spirit
• Responsibility, attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Knowledge of English – written and spoken
