Maintenance Manager

About the role

The Maintenance Manager will lead a diverse team of electrical and mechanical technicians to ensure plant equipment operates reliably and efficiently. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for the overall health of electrical and mechanical systems, driving continuous improvement and minimizing downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise planned corrective maintenance for electrical and mechanical assets, ensuring compliance with work orders, safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain reliability of equipment through preventive maintenance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee MRO inventory, approve requisitions, and track usage in the CMMS to optimize cost efficiency.
• Support strategic planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting for maintenance and capital projects.
• Ensure all activities meet safety, regulatory and technical specifications.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading maintenance teams in an industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems and their maintenance requirements.
• Ability to analyse trends, conduct audits and implement corrective actions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate work orders and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
