Legal Contract Manager – Global Client Accounts

About the role

Sodexo Business Services is seeking a Legal Contract Manager to provide comprehensive contractual and administrative support for global client accounts. You will work closely with local legal counsels, internal teams, and clients to ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support drafting of local agreements under the Master Agreement in collaboration with local legal counsels.
• Advise and train wider teams on contractual and administrative requirements to improve compliance and profitability.
• Prepare and deliver contract training sessions across the account.
• Implement contractual governance, change‑control procedures, and maintain accurate historical and administrative logs.
• Draft contractual caveats and provide risk‑based recommendations for contract changes.
• Ensure appropriate approval channels for contractual changes according to internal delegations.
• Participate in governance meetings with clients and central account teams when required.
• Maintain consistency with contract management tools (e.g., Excel trackers, EQMS) and established procedures.
• Monitor contract compliance, report status, and coordinate with regional and country teams.

Required profile

• Experience in contract management, preferably within the Facilities Management sector.
• Background in handling commercial client‑facing accounts.
• Strong understanding of legal and contractual processes.
• Fluent English (CV in English required).

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for tracking and reporting.
