Key Account Manager – Lisbon

About the role

We are seeking an energetic, entrepreneurial professional to originate, manage and close real‑estate investment opportunities. Reporting to the Managing Director of Origination, you will be the first point of contact for property owners and will build a robust sales pipeline in Lisbon.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a personal pipeline of origination leads from sourcing to closing.
• Employ a consultative approach to engage prospective clients and expand the pipeline.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets related to funnel management and closings.
• Monitor origination waterfall activity to ensure pipeline health.
• Provide input on data‑mining, CRM design and marketing initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and product design to maintain market competitiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent B2C sales experience.
• Strong business acumen with natural sales talent.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and experience closing transactions.
• Familiarity with real‑estate closing processes and finance concepts such as IRR and NPV.
• Experience in commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, mineral rights acquisition or renewables is a plus.

• Negotiation of real‑estate transactions from sourcing through close.
