Junior QA Engineer – Web & Healthcare Applications

About the role

We are looking for a Junior QA Engineer to join our product engineering team building healthcare applications. You will work remotely from Spain or Portugal, collaborating with developers, product owners and senior QA staff to ensure the quality and compliance of our .NET and React based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, write and execute manual and automated tests for web applications built with .NET and React.
• Develop and maintain UI test suites using Playwright (or similar tools) and API tests.
• Perform regression, integration and data‑integrity testing within our Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline.
• Create and keep traceable test documentation, including test plans, cases and defect reports.
• Track, report and manage bugs in Jira and support UAT and production issue troubleshooting.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in software QA with a focus on web application testing.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types and best practices.
• Excellent written and spoken English and ability to work in a distributed team.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a regulated healthcare environment.
