Junior Graphic Designer – Monetisation Focus

About the role

We are seeking a junior Graphic Designer to join a monetisation‑focused design team operating remotely from Portugal. The role is production‑oriented, allowing you to create high‑quality visual assets that directly support product growth, A/B testing and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Create graphic assets for paywall screens, upsell elements, promotional banners and other monetisation funnels.
• Develop and adapt vector illustrations and UI graphics while adhering to the established design system.
• Design visual materials for email marketing campaigns.
• Prepare screenshots and promotional assets for App Store and Google Play, including localized versions.
• Adapt existing creatives across multiple formats and dimensions for A/B testing.
• Produce Lottie animations for use within product experiences.
• Maintain visual consistency, accuracy and quality across all deliverables.
• Collaborate with senior designers and product marketing stakeholders, incorporate feedback and meet deadlines.
• Organise source files following naming and hand‑off guidelines.

Required profile

• Junior‑level commercial experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing illustration, marketing visuals or related work.
• Formal education in art or design, or completion of relevant design courses.
• Ability to interpret feedback constructively and iterate without compromising quality.

Required skills

• Daily use of Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong capability to create and refine vector illustrations.
• Experience creating Lottie animations.
• Familiarity with AI tools for generating or enhancing visual assets.
