Junior Business Analyst

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing consumer AI company with over 50 million users. They are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to work closely with founders and senior leadership on high‑impact commercial, operational and strategic projects.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business performance, pricing, churn, product and market opportunities.
• Build financial models, forecasts, business cases and KPI reporting.
• Structure ambiguous business problems and turn data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Analyse P&Ls, unit economics, ROI and payback logic.
• Analyse subscription business metrics including MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, retention and cohort performance.
• Translate complex analysis into concise recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Prepare executive‑ready presentations and communicate findings clearly.
• Collaborate with founders, senior leadership and operational stakeholders on business‑critical initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in Big Four or middle‑tier consulting (Strategy or Operations).
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance or another quantitative field.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, VLOOKUP/INDEX‑MATCH, sensitivity tables).
• Strong financial modelling capabilities (P&L, unit economics, ROI, payback analysis).
• Understanding of subscription business metrics (MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, retention, cohort analysis).
