Junior Billing & Operational Control Officer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Billing & Operational Control Officer to join our finance team in Lisbon. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates starting their career in finance or operations who enjoy working with numbers, ensuring data accuracy and collaborating across functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support validation and consolidation of monthly billing data.
• Monitor consultant allocation and time‑tracking records.
• Identify and correct data inconsistencies.
• Assist in managing purchase orders and contract documentation.
• Support invoice preparation and issuance processes.
• Help with client onboarding, including compliance and documentation checks.
• Collaborate daily with finance, operations and commercial teams.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives and reporting activities.

Required profile

• Up to 1 year of experience in billing, finance, administration, operations or related area (internships included).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset and willingness to learn.
• Degree in Economics, Management, Finance, Accounting or a similar field.
• English mandatory; French or Spanish a plus.
