Junior AI Agent Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior AI Agent Developer to join CSA Group’s fast‑moving technology team. In this role you will help design, build and deploy AI‑driven agents, copilots and workflow automation solutions that support our customers and internal users.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement AI agents, copilots and workflow automation tools based on business requirements.
• Translate requirements into scalable prompts, workflows and validation steps.
• Test, validate and refine AI solutions using user feedback to ensure quality and performance.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimise reliability and scalability of deployed solutions.
• Follow AI governance standards, including documentation, validation and reusability practices.
• Support rollout and adoption through user guidance, training and enablement materials.
• Maintain tracking of AI initiatives and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to scale solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in technology, automation, analytics or application support, or equivalent project experience.
• Strong interest in AI, automation and emerging enterprise technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices.
