IT Test Manager – Drive Quality for Siemens Digital Platform

About the role

As an IT Test Manager you will lead quality assurance activities for Siemens' SiePortal digital platform. You will act as the main liaison between solution teams, vendors, release management and business stakeholders to ensure testing is strategically aligned and efficiently executed.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the SiePortal testing strategy across assigned workstreams and demand packages.
• Create transparent reporting on product quality and testing progress.
• Serve as the central contact for all test‑related topics within the workstream.
• Monitor test execution, analyse results and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure consistent application of quality standards, testing processes and governance.
• Coordinate testing activities across solution teams, vendors and other workstreams.
• Support end‑to‑end QA from user story validation to Integration Acceptance Testing (IAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify risks, dependencies and quality gaps early and propose mitigation measures.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to improve testing effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Release Management, Development and Business teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in test management or quality assurance within complex IT environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret test results and drive actions.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work in an international, collaborative setting.
