IT Support Specialist – Onsite (Lisbon)

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Lisbon office. The role involves providing both onsite and remote technical assistance to end‑users in a corporate environment, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network resources.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onsite and remote IT support to end users, handling incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating systems, and peripheral issues.
• Install, configure, and image PCs and laptops as required.
• Support Microsoft Windows and macOS environments.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting and patching activities.
• Maintain and update tickets with detailed documentation.
• Prioritise incidents according to service levels and operational needs.
• Communicate status updates to end users and client teams.
• Assist with escalations, operational requests, and coordination across technical teams.
• Travel between client sites and provide remote support whenever possible.

Required profile

• Professional experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and macOS.
• Good understanding of hardware troubleshooting and peripheral devices.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving issues on PCs and laptops.
• Basic knowledge of computer networks; network patching is a plus.
• Familiarity with ticketing and incident‑management tools.
• Ability to document technical activities clearly and work autonomously.
• Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and good English communication skills.
