About the role
PrimeIT is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Technician to join its growing team in Lisbon. The role focuses on delivering prompt technical assistance to internal users, ensuring smooth operation of Microsoft‑based tools and services.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line support for hardware, software and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Microsoft applications such as Office, Windows and Teams.
- Document tickets, follow up with users and ensure timely closure.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex problems.
- Maintain knowledge base articles and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical assistance or helpdesk environments.
- Mid‑level professional (3‑6 years of experience).
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (mandatory).
- Strong communication skills and customer‑focused attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Office suite, Windows OS, Teams, etc.).
