Innovation Brand Designer

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative Innovation Brand Designer to shape the future of visual communication for a leading real‑estate brand in Portugal. The role blends strong design execution with emerging technologies such as AI, automation and generative tools to deliver impactful brand experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality visual communication across campaigns, proposals, research, social media and corporate content.
• Support business teams with compelling design solutions that enhance communication and engagement.
• Ensure consistency and excellence across all brand touchpoints, maintaining the visual identity.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Digital teams and business stakeholders to support commercial objectives.
• Drive innovation in design by exploring AI, automation and emerging technologies.
• Introduce new creative approaches that improve efficiency, scalability and business impact.
• Promote experimentation, continuous learning and evolution of the Design function.

Required profile

• Degree in Design, Visual Communication, Creative Media or a related discipline.
• Strong graphic and brand design capabilities with experience in both digital and offline environments.
• Advanced knowledge of branding, visual identity systems and brand governance.
• Ability to identify and implement opportunities to improve creative effectiveness and efficiency.
• Fluent Portuguese and advanced professional English.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Motion graphics and video editing tools.
• Understanding of AI‑driven creative automation, generative design and emerging creative technologies.
• Experience with low‑code/no‑code or programming‑based solutions applied to design.
• Strong visual storytelling and aesthetic sensitivity.
