Industrial Training Coordinator

About the role

As an Industrial Training Coordinator you will design, implement and continuously improve the training system for CALB’s European manufacturing operations. You will ensure that training programmes meet operational needs, regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training regulations, procedures, workflows, matrices and qualification models.
• Create annual, monthly and project‑phase training plans aligned with construction stages, production targets and competency gaps.
• Design detailed training programmes for operators, team leaders, technicians, engineers and support teams.
• Ensure all training documentation complies with internal policies, Portuguese legislation, EHS, quality, production and ISO management systems.
• Organise and coordinate training delivery, monitor adherence, evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain training records, competency matrices and reporting files for internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar industrial training role.
• Relevant degree in a related field.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Willingness to travel and work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
