Hotel Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

As a Maintenance Supervisor you will lead the daily upkeep of the hotel’s physical plant, ensuring that every guest experiences a safe, comfortable, and memorable stay. You will combine technical expertise with Hilton’s hospitality values to keep the property operating at its best.

Key responsibilities

• Support safety and regulatory compliance for mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and life‑safety systems.
• Assign, monitor, and document daily maintenance tasks in the property management system.
• Supervise external contractors, inspect work quality, and ensure compliance.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, guest concerns, and emergency situations.
• Train, schedule, and coach the maintenance team to deliver high‑quality work.
