About the role

Allied Universal is seeking a bilingual Security Guard to perform access‑control duties (TWIC) for various client sites across Puerto Rico. The position offers rotating full‑time schedules and a starting hourly wage of $11.50.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce site‑specific security policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter.
• Respond calmly to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations.
• Manage visitor and employee check‑in processes at reception areas.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of security activities.

Required profile

• At least 21 years of age for unarmed positions.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
• Bilingual fluency in spoken and written Spanish and English.
• Valid Puerto Rico driver’s license.
• Willingness to undergo background check, drug screening, and credentialing.
