Growth Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Manager to own and accelerate SOVA’s customer acquisition and revenue engine. You will work directly with co‑founder Eva, shaping and executing a data‑driven growth strategy for our women’s health supplement brand as we expand across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Own performance marketing and conversion rate optimisation across the website, landing pages and sales funnels.
• Design and run A/B tests, analyse user behaviour and implement data‑driven improvements to boost online revenue.
• Manage external SEO and CRM providers, ensuring maximum ROI from each channel.
• Identify, test and scale new acquisition channels – organic, paid, partnerships, community and affiliates – while monitoring CAC, LTV, ROAS and conversion metrics.
• Build scalable, repeatable growth processes that survive beyond your tenure.
• Recruit, lead and challenge the marketing team, setting standards by example.
• Co‑define SOVA’s growth strategy with the founders and translate it into concrete actions.

Required profile

• Strong entrepreneurial DNA with a track record of building or launching projects in e‑commerce or high‑growth startups.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business impact, not just vanity metrics.
• Excellent command of English and French.
• Structured, resource‑ful and hungry for success.
