Graphic Designer – B2B Marketing Agency

About the role

Dapper is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its creative team and help shape the visual identity of B2B brands worldwide. You will translate ideas into compelling visual stories that elevate our clients’ brands across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and execute design projects from brief to final delivery.
• Produce on‑brand visuals for a variety of formats, including social media, websites, presentations and print.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, project managers, marketers and other designers.
• Maintain consistency, attention to detail and high visual standards across all work.
• Ask strategic “why” questions to improve outcomes and push creative boundaries.

Required profile

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in a B2B, fast‑scaling or agency environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of B2B design work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work independently.
• Open to feedback and comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – especially Illustrator and InDesign.
• Proficiency with Adobe After Effects (bonus).
• UX/UI design experience (bonus).
• Figma (bonus).
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted tools such as Firefly or Midjourney (bonus).
