Graduate Marketing Program – Lisbon

About the role

Join ComparaJá’s fast‑growing team as part of a Graduate Marketing Program. Based in Lisbon, you will work closely with the Founder and senior leaders, contributing to projects that drive the company’s expansion across Portugal, Denmark and Greece.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver end‑to‑end marketing projects, adapting scope as the program evolves.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and execute growth initiatives.
• Analyse market data and consumer insights to inform product positioning.
• Support the launch and optimisation of campaigns in multiple markets.

Required profile

• Highly ambitious, proactive and fast‑learning graduate.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and either Portuguese or Danish.
• EU work permit required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English and Portuguese or Danish.
