Graduate Finance Program – Lisbon

About the role

Join a fast‑growing fintech group as part of a Graduate Finance Program based in Lisbon. You will work closely with the Founder and senior leadership, contributing to the company’s expansion across Portugal, Denmark and Greece.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver individual projects that support the company’s growth initiatives.
• Drive results across multiple ventures, adapting responsibilities as the program evolves.
• Identify and develop progressively larger business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in different markets.

Required profile

• Highly ambitious, proactive and forward‑thinking graduate.
• Fast learner with strong analytical mindset.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to take ownership from conception to completion.
• Excellent communication skills in English and fluency in either Portuguese or Danish.
• EU work permit holder.
