Global Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Global Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end onboarding of applications to our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform. The role sits within Decskill’s IAM practice, supporting clients across Europe and worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the end‑to‑end project plan for onboarding new applications to the IGA tool.
• Define, monitor, and report on progress and status of the overall reconciliation compliance for the group.
• Ensure all deliverables (scope, schedule, quality, budget) are met on time and within agreed constraints.
• Coordinate with CTO stakeholders to automate reconciliation according to the defined schedule.
• Provide technical guidance on IAM concepts such as application onboarding, entitlement models, provisioning, reconciliation, recertification, and segregation of duties.
• Maintain alignment of project scope with group baselines.
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners, application teams, and security/compliance groups.
• Conduct regular steering‑committee meetings, status updates, and risk/issue reviews.
• Identify, log, and triage issues; lead root‑cause analysis and coordinate resolution across functional teams.
• Escalate critical blockers to senior leadership with recommended mitigation actions.
• Produce periodic progress dashboards, risk registers, and KPI reports (e.g., % of applications onboarded, reconciliation coverage, exception rates).
• Act as liaison between the Global Service Lead and regional IAM teams to ensure alignment and governance follow‑ups.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience leading large‑scale, global IT projects (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred).
• Proven track record delivering IAM/IGA initiatives on time and within budget.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with IAM/IGA solutions.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
