About the role

The Front Desk Supervisor at Hotel Rumbao ensures seamless front office operations, welcomes guests, leads the desk team, and upholds the brand’s standards of service and excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate clear direction to front‑desk staff and assign daily tasks.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and encourage continuous improvement.
• Greet guests promptly with a friendly welcome and handle all check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Assign rooms based on guest needs, code electronic keys, and prepare welcome folders.
• Close guest accounts, negotiate resolutions for any dissatisfaction, and authorize revenue allowances when required.
• Verify and imprint credit cards using electronic authorization methods.
• Handle cash transactions, make change, and balance cash drawers accurately.
• Maintain accurate records in the property management system and ensure compliance with 24/7 operational demands.

• Polished, guest‑focused professional with strong leadership abilities.
• Ability to train and develop front‑desk talent.
• Flexible availability for AM, PM, overnight, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
