French-speaking Customer Support Specialist – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our international team in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering professional and personalized assistance across phone, email, chat and other digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient support via phone, email, chat and digital platforms.
• Assist customers with inquiries about orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products and services.
• Understand customer needs and deliver clear, accurate information and solutions.
• Handle questions, complaints and concerns while maintaining a positive, customer‑focused attitude.
• Guide customers through processes, platforms, products and services.
• Record interactions, requests and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift issue resolution.
• Identify recurring concerns and provide feedback to improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up‑to‑date with products, services, policies and procedures through ongoing training.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and good English (B2) communication skills.
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card.
• Strong analytical, creative and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail‑oriented, proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in the travel sector.
