French-Speaking B2B Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English professional to join our Lisbon office as a B2B Customer Service Representative. In this on‑site position you will support business clients using a comprehensive payment‑solutions platform, handling enquiries, troubleshooting issues and delivering tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional B2B support in French and English via phone, email and chat.
• Assist business clients with enquiries related to the payment‑technology services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational issues efficiently.
• Offer personalized recommendations to help clients optimise their use of the platform.
• Verify client identity and account information while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and documentation throughout each interaction.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• High school diploma (mandatory).
• Minimum 6 months experience in a customer‑oriented contact‑centre environment.
• Strong multitasking ability and high attention to detail.
• Professional, helpful and friendly communication style.
• Excellent listening skills and ability to gather information quickly.
