French-Speaking Application Support

About the role

KCS IT is looking for a French‑speaking Application Support professional to join its hybrid team in Lisbon. You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting mission‑critical applications for a variety of clients, ensuring high availability, performance and a smooth user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line and second‑line support for enterprise applications in French and English.
• Monitor systems, detect incidents, and manage the full incident lifecycle.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams in Agile/DevOps environments.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and support critical production environments.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Application Support or a similar role.
• Fluent French (mandatory) and strong English communication skills.
• Proactive attitude, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Scripting: Bash, PowerShell or Python.
• ITSM tools and incident management processes.
• Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, Zabbix or Splunk.
• Container technologies: Docker and Kubernetes.
• Automation and CI/CD pipeline concepts.
