English-Speaking B2B Sales Representative

About the role

As a B2B Outbound Sales Representative you will connect with potential business clients through outbound calls, guide them through the sign‑up process and help them start using a leading global online community platform. You will identify client needs, present relevant digital solutions and work towards individual and team sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential business clients through outbound calls
• Generate and qualify new sales opportunities
• Identify client needs using consultative questioning
• Engage decision‑makers and present relevant solutions
• Guide prospects through the sign‑up process
• Manage leads and opportunities in a CRM
• Maintain an accurate, organized sales pipeline
• Handle objections and support prospects throughout the sales cycle
• Apply digital‑marketing knowledge to understand client objectives
• Build professional relationships with prospective clients

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in B2B or outbound sales
• C1/C2 level English proficiency
• Proven track record in sales and cold‑calling
• Experience managing a sales pipeline through a CRM
• Good understanding of digital marketing and digital media
• Strong consultative selling and questioning skills
• Ability to identify business potential and engage decision‑makers
• Excellent communication, pitching and objection‑handling abilities
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment
