About the role
We are seeking an Engineering Lead to shape software architecture and guide multiple development teams. The position is fully remote and operates within an agile environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide architectural guidance and ensure robust software design patterns.
- Lead and mentor development and DevOps teams across projects.
- Drive the delivery of complex, microservice‑based solutions.
- Coordinate dependencies, orchestrate releases, and manage international project collaborations.
- Promote an agile culture, motivating and empowering team members.
Required profile
- Extensive experience as a software architect and senior developer or DevOps engineer.
- Proven ability to manage multiple development teams and deliver large‑scale projects.
- Strong communication skills and experience working on international initiatives.
- Deep understanding of microservice architectures and software design patterns.
- Passion for building high‑quality software in an agile setting.
Required skills
- Expert‑level JavaScript and experience with frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Proficiency in Go programming language.
- Advanced knowledge of DevOps best practices and related tools.
- Hands‑on experience developing complex, distributed systems.
- Familiarity with microservice architecture and design patterns.
