About the role

Andaz Lisbon, a luxury lifestyle hotel in the heart of the city, is seeking enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress and Host/Hostess professionals to join its dining team. You will help create memorable experiences for guests by delivering attentive service and ensuring smooth restaurant flow.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close service stations, maintaining cleanliness and readiness.
• Greet guests, escort them to tables, and manage reservations and waiting lists using the reservation system.
• Provide attentive support throughout the dining area, monitor table availability, and ensure guest safety.
• Maintain equipment and service materials in good condition.
• Answer telephone calls with proper etiquette and handle guest inquiries.
• Coordinate guest flow to balance table allocation and support VIP guests.
• Uphold company policies, grooming standards, and confidentiality of proprietary information.
