Dutch-Speaking Backoffice Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Dutch‑speaking Backoffice Specialist to join Bosch’s Service Solutions team in Lisbon. You will act as the bridge between customers, dealerships and our technical team, ensuring smooth app usage and timely issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer requests and provide clear, step‑by‑step guidance on app usage.
• Advise customers on software and app updates and direct them to appropriate support channels when issues fall outside our scope.
• Escalate recurrent problems to second‑level support and keep them informed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the technical team.
• Assist dealerships and internal support teams with app‑related queries.

Required profile

• Native‑level Dutch (C1) and fluent English.
• Strong communication skills, solution‑oriented attitude and commitment.
• Experience in a customer‑service environment, preferably in a call‑center handling phone requests.
• Interest in the travel industry or modern digital widgets is a plus.
