Digital & Motion Designer

About the role

VML, a leading creative agency within WPP, is seeking a talented Designer to craft visually compelling digital and motion assets. You will work closely with a dynamic creative team, translating concepts into engaging designs that meet client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and designs for digital and motion projects.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure designs align with project requirements.
• Create visually appealing assets that effectively communicate the intended message.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Designer, focusing on digital and motion design.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a creative mindset.
• Team player with excellent communication abilities and fluency in English.
• Up‑to‑date with social media trends and visual language.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.
• Knowledge of Figma.
• Experience with motion graphics (a plus).
• Passion for design and delivering exceptional work.
