DevOps Software Engineer – Embedded Systems

About the role

You will join an international agile development team that creates automotive embedded software. As a DevOps Software Engineer you will help embed CI/CD practices into the development lifecycle, improving automation and workflow efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for build, integration, testing and deployment.
• Ensure pipelines are reliable, efficient and secure, supporting both development and operational needs.
• Analyze current workflows, identify automation opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with developers, operations, product owners and global colleagues to align tooling with product and organisational goals.
• Promote best practices for Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery and DevOps.
• Support troubleshooting of pipeline, tooling and deployment issues to keep development environments stable.
• Provide guidance to team members on CI/CD tools and practices.

Required profile

• Experience working in agile, cross‑functional software teams.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and delivery pipelines.
• Ability to analyse processes and propose automation or optimisation solutions.
• Good communication skills for supporting and guiding colleagues.
