DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes & GitOps)

About the role

GRiT® is looking for a motivated DevOps Engineer to join its technology‑driven team. You will help design, implement and maintain highly available cloud and on‑premise infrastructures while collaborating closely with development and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters, including RBAC, Ingress, networking and storage configurations.
• Implement GitOps workflows using ArgoCD or FluxCD and manage Helm and Kustomize charts.
• Build, maintain and optimise CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, Gitea CI) for automated testing and delivery.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure‑as‑code using Terraform and/or Ansible.
• Monitor system health with Prometheus and Grafana, and troubleshoot incidents.
• Support secure, reliable, and highly available environments across cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) and on‑premise platforms.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Kubernetes and container technologies.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Passion for continuous learning and improving infrastructure reliability.
