DevOps Engineer – GitOps & Kubernetes Specialist

About the role

Join InnoTech as a DevOps Engineer and help shape our GitOps‑driven delivery pipelines. You will work on cutting‑edge Kubernetes platforms, automate infrastructure, and ensure high‑availability deployments for telecom services across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain GitOps workflows using ArgoCD or FluxCD.
• Deploy, configure and manage Kubernetes clusters (k3s, k8s) on‑premise and in cloud environments.
• Create and optimise Helm charts, Kustomize overlays, and IaC scripts with Terraform and Ansible.
• Build reliable CI/CD pipelines and improve monitoring, logging and release stability with Prometheus, Grafana and Loki.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to support high‑availability telecom services.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps or SRE Engineer.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Kubernetes (RBAC, Ingress, networking, storage).
• Production experience with ArgoCD or FluxCD, Helm, Kustomize, Docker and Linux.
• Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python or Go) for automation.
• Experience implementing monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana.
• EU work permit or CPLP nationality.
