DevOps Engineer (100% remote)

About the role

Tether is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines. The role focuses on test‑driven deployment, automated release management, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices while supporting a suite of fintech products.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and operate CI/CD pipelines using GitHub.
• Implement test‑driven deployment and automated release workflows.
• Apply IaC principles to provision and manage cloud infrastructure.
• Containerize services with Docker and ensure reliable runtime environments.
• Manage build, compilation, and publishing pipelines for JavaScript, TypeScript, and C++ packages.
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams across time zones.
• Monitor production systems, troubleshoot incidents, and continuously improve reliability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in DevOps or site reliability engineering.
• Strong background in CI/CD pipeline design and automation.
• Comfortable working with multi‑language codebases and build systems.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work remotely.
