Design Ops Specialist – UX & Figma

About the role

We are looking for a junior‑to‑mid‑level Design Ops specialist with strong UX knowledge and solid Figma expertise. You will help employees across the company deliver better user experiences by making design more measurable, consistent, and repeatable. The role is fully remote‑friendly and part of a multicultural, pet‑friendly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain components in Figma while evolving the company Design System.
• Identify and communicate improvements to design processes, practices, and culture.
• Translate data into clear demonstrations of UX ROI and business impact.
• Take personal responsibility and self‑organise to drive UX design forward.
• Advocate for human‑centred design and research throughout the organisation.
• Build and nurture a cross‑functional design and user‑experience community.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of UX practices and processes.
• Proven experience using Figma, including components, variants, auto‑layout, styles, libraries and file organisation.
• Organised, structured approach to documentation, repositories and shared resources.
• Strong attention to detail, consistency, quality, accessibility and maintainability.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Effective communication and collaboration with designers, developers and other stakeholders.
• Team‑player mindset, willing to work beyond the design team.
