Data, Economic & Impact Analyst (Non-Key Expert)

About the role

NTU International is seeking a qualified Non‑Key Expert to support the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme (AESPP Boost). The role focuses on data and economic analysis, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, evidence synthesis, indicator tracking and results reporting to strengthen cooperation between Africa and the EU in the space sector.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis to inform economic aspects of the AESPP Boost programme.
• Perform monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) activities, including impact assessment and evidence synthesis.
• Track and analyse programme indicators, compiling results for regular reporting.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports for stakeholders.
• Contribute to the preparation of project proposals and policy briefs based on analytical findings.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three‑year program) in statistics, economics, data analytics, social sciences or a related field, with excellent command of English; knowledge of French or Portuguese is an asset.
• At least three years of professional experience in data/economic analysis, surveys, reporting or indicator monitoring.
• Minimum one year of experience supporting MEL, evaluation or impact assessment, including quantitative and qualitative analysis, evidence synthesis and dashboard preparation.
