Customer Support Specialist – Spanish & Polish

About the role

Join goFLUENT as a Customer Support Specialist focused on Spanish‑ and Polish‑speaking learners. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable language‑learning experience while providing valuable feedback to improve our services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of goFLUENT products and services and convey this information to new learners.
• Assist learners through multiple channels (phone, email, chat) to resolve inquiries and guide them on their language journey.
• Maintain efficient communication with internal teams to coordinate support actions.
• Proactively call students to encourage full use of available resources.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance response quality and learner satisfaction.

Required profile

• Native Spanish speaker with fluent Polish and intermediate English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in customer support or call‑center environments.
• Empathetic, organized, adaptable, and able to work autonomously under pressure.
• University degree in Language Studies, Translation or Interpretation.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in all required languages.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
